Colonic Hydrotherapy in a beautiful private new clinic in Essex, located conveniently near to Lakeside Shopping Centre. Rachael has had many years of experience as a therapist. She entered the world of complimentary medicine through her own ill health when allopathic medicine didn't have all the answers.

She has studied, qualified and practiced in several methods over the years in massage and bodywork techniques. Rachael not only offers her own unique way of working with clients, but also has a wonderful network of therapists and practitioners who she refers her clients to if she feels they would benefit from such a referral.
